If your Lust of Silk piece doesn't meet our couture standard, return it within 30 days, untampered and unworn, for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Original packaging, authenticity card, and silk wrap intact
- Lace untrimmed, hair unstyled and undyed
- No glue, no adhesive residue, no fragrance
Final Sale
Custom-colored, made-to-order, and Atelier-styled pieces are final sale. Bundles purchased at discount are non-refundable individually.
How to Return
Email returns@lustofsilk.com with your order number. We'll issue a complimentary prepaid label within 24 hours.
Refund Window
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days thereafter.
